Personal Projects:
- 2002 - "Salvinia Brewing Co.", project still in progress,
trying to configure the identity of a fictitious farm, Salvinia - its
characters and the package objects "produced" by this farm (Salvinia
wines, for example). Elements achieved in this project: 5 digital prints
-"stories" imagined to happen in Salvinia (each has 39/59 inches
(100/150 cm)) + table with wine bottles + table cloth emblazoned with
Salvinia's sign.
- 2001 - "Inside - Outside" - dark-room photographs - the aim
of the experiment was a return to the simple means of the dark-room, used
before camera. It's just a lack of facilities, offered by the normal camera,
which leads the user of the dark-room to a direct approach to his subject,
to abstraction and to an elimination of futile details.
- 2001 - "Time Passages" - photos taken on different periods
of time, in a tram station
- 2001 - "The Shirt" - An objective "portrait" of
a personal clothing object. Even through an objective lens, the clothing
object keeps the mark of the owner and becomes a powerful visual structure
- digital print 39/27 inches (100/70 cm)
- 2000 - "In the Street" - a visual commentary (digital prints)
on the different types of letters, words, "met" in the street,
on walls, shop windows, outdoor signs.
- 2000 - The cycle "Tyre Covers" - cars tyre covers seen as macro-structures,
a pretext of painting, acrylic/canvas, 50/70 inches (130/180cm)
