2. Do I have to pay for the shipping?
No, we ship for free (except sculpture). Once you have selected which ArtWork(s) you would like to buy, we will ship them to you via DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.

3. How long will I have to wait for my ArtWork(s)?
Most ArtWorks are shipped with DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Once the order leaves our location, the delivery time from Artist to your country usually ranges from 1-2 weeks.

4. What if I don't like the ArtWork when I receive it?
e-BUYART.com has a five (5) Days Money Back Guarantee. We try to do everything possible for our clients to be pleased with their purchases and our service. The opportunity of possible refund or exchange of the ArtWork(s) you haven't liked is made exactly for this purpose.
